Sarah and Gregory Harper, of Phippsburg, are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Matilda Lee Harper, born on Wednesday, Feb. 14 at 6:25 p.m. at the LincolnHealth – Miles Campus in Damariscotta weighing 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and measuring 21 inches in length. Baby Matilda was also welcomed by big sister Luetta Jean Harper.
