Born Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023 at 8:11 a.m., Olivia weighed 9 pounds, 14.6 ounces and was 21 inches long. She is welcomed by her proud parents, Chelsea Wedge and Prescott Brackett, of Warren, as well as her excited older siblings, Elijah, Evelyn, and Lillian.
