Music by Mid-Coast composers Charlie Bechler, Spike Hyssong, Tom Luther and Mike Whitehead will be performed by The Mike Whitehead Group featuring, Mike Whitehead on trumpet/flugelhorn, Tom Luther on piano, Spike Hyssong on bass, Jason Dean on drums. Members of the group have performed together for years and developed an intuitive bond that is evident in every performance. The tunes performed will cover a wide range of styles from swing to Latin to funky.
