You’re invited to celebrate the Midcoast Poetry Journal’s second edition! Poets from the Midcoast will read from their work at the Waldoboro Public Library (958 Main St.) on Saturday Jan. 24 from 1:30 – 3:00PM, followed by an Open Mic, which members of the public may join. During the Open Mic, you can share your own poem or the work of a poet you admire.
The first and second editions of the Midcoast Poetry Journal will be available for purchase. Entry to this event is free of charge and it is sponsored by the Friends of the Waldoboro Library.
If you’re inspired by the poetry you hear, submissions are open to the third edition of the Journal until January 31st.
