One does not have to come up with a foolish dance for this event, but if a person does, she or he could win $50! Jason Simonds and the Wicked Blues Band is teaming up with Damariscotta Lake Farm Restaurant to throw an April Fool’s Day dance party on Saturday, April 1.
The band has been cooped up in the studio over the last few months working on new material for a CD, and the band members all feel it is well past time to bust out and throw a party. Music will start at 7 p.m. that evening and the restaurant and bar will be open to feed the hungry and quench the thirsty as normal. The bar will stay open late for the event.
A voucher for $50 at the restaurant is up for grabs to the couple with the most foolish dance. Damariscotta Lake Farm Restaurant has a function room attached that will hold a large crowd comfortably. A $5 cover charge per person will be will be charged at the dance hall entrance.
