On Saturday, Oct. 6 from 2-7 p.m., a community fundraiser will be held for Wiscasset Middle High School student and cancer patient Connor McLean at Broken Acres Farm, located on Valley Road in Jefferson. Connor, who lives in Whitefield, is the son of Beth Berry McKinney and Scott McKinney.
The fundraiser, which is BYOB, will feature live music, a pig roast, kids games, a silent auction, and fireworks. The suggested donation is $20, with a maximum donation of $50.
