The Jefferson Public Library and the Jefferson Fire and Rescue Explorers are holding their first joint benefit pie sale on Tuesday, Nov. 21 from 4-7 p.m. in the Jefferson Fire and Rescue Building, 204 Waldoboro Road, Jefferson.
Members of the public are encouraged to come and see what the good bakers of Jefferson have to offer — it’s first-come, first-served, and when the pies are gone, they’re gone.
The date of the pie sale is two days before Thanksgiving, allowing pie-buyers to save some time preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The cost is $12 for a 10-inch pie. All proceeds will go to benefit the Jefferson Public Library and the Jefferson Fire and Rescue Explorers.
