The Wells-Hussey American Legion Post No. 42 auxiliary will sponsor a Canvases and Cocktails paint night, a fundraiser, Monday, Sept. 17 from 6-8 p.m. on the top floor of the post at 527 Main St. in Damariscotta.
Tickets must be purchased before Sunday, Sept. 16, as they will not be available at the door. Only 40 tickets will be available. To buy tickets, go to https://bit.ly/2oFNn00.
The cost is $35 per person, plus a $2.43 processing fee. Tickets are non-refundable. The auxiliary will receive half the proceeds from the event. For more information, call 563-6632.
There will be a cash bar. Snacks will be available for a suggested donation of $5. Snacks include assorted fruit cups, veggies and dips, cheese and crackers, cookies, etc. Donations support auxiliary activities.
