The Chewonki Foundation is bringing its traveling natural history program to the Bremen Library, located at 204 Waldoboro Road in Bremen, on Wednesday, Feb. 21st at 9 a.m. and again at 10:30 a.m. Chewonki will feature a program called “Animal Adaptations: Survival in the Wild.”
Webbed feet and camouflaged fur or spines on their backs are all amazing ways that animals use adaptations to survive in the wild. During this one-hour program, people of all ages will learn about adaptations, try on costumes, and see firsthand how three of the live animals have adaptations that help them thrive in their specific habitats.
This is an event for all ages. Please call or email the library to reserve a seat: 529-5572 or bremenmainelibrary@gmail.com.
