Craftsman Fred Bischoff has created beautiful handmade items for the holidays to benefit the Waldoboro Public Library, located at 958 Main St., Waldoboro. For sale are foldable candle holders for $20, shut-the-box games for $10, and Advent calendar chalets for $35.
Up for bid in a silent auction are a wooden rocking horse called “Rocky Hoss,” a dinosaur train, and an animal train. Bidding closes on Wednesday, Dec. 21. All proceeds will go to benefit the library. For more information, call 832-4484.
