A dodgeball tournament will be held at the Bristol Consolidated School on Saturday, March 10.
Supporters of the Merritt Brackett Lobster Boat Races are excited to announce that dodgeball is returning to Bristol on Saturday, March 10 at the Bristol Consolidated School.
Grades 5 through 8 will open this super fun tournament at 10 a.m. to be followed directly after with the high school division.
All adult team members should be at the school by 11 a.m. The adult bracket will give the opportunity to the high school winner team to continue competing.
This will be a double elimination tournament for all brackets. Cost per team is $60 for students and $90 for adults. The Bristol Parks and Recreation Commission are pleased to support a youth team in need.
Each team must have six members with a minimum of one female per team. Preregistration is strongly recommended. To ensure that all games get started on time, please arrive early.
The very large perpetual trophy will be awarded to the adult team members for bragging rights until next year’s tournament. Prizes will be handed out to the student brackets and cash prizes for the best team name and clever team uniform.
Adult awards will be handed out after the tournament at the Harbor Room Restaurant in New Harbor.
