Healthy Lincoln County, at 281 Main St. in Damariscotta, is delighted to host the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce and Information Bureau for Business After Hours from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8.
Healthy Lincoln County supports thriving, healthy communities in Lincoln County by working with partners to improve the health and well-being of residents – from the youngest members of the communities to seniors.
Whether it is working with towns to make policies that protect kids from underage drinking or collaborating with the schools, farms, and libraries to bring fresh produce to the people who need it, Healthy Lincoln County brings together members of the community to share ideas and resources to have the greatest collective impact.
With its partners, Healthy Lincoln County implements a number of data-supported strategies to improve community health including substance use prevention, tobacco-free living, nutrition, food security, and active living- particularly for our most vulnerable populations. Healthy Lincoln County is a local community health nonprofit agency serving all of Lincoln County
Business After Hours is open to all members of the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce and Information Bureau. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet and network with other business owners and employees in the community, as well as those considering membership with the chamber and people who are curious about businesses and organizations in the region.
