Members of the public are invited to join instructor Virginia Hill in the FARMS Community Kitchen, above Rising Tide Community Market in Damariscotta, for a class on making spring party hors d’oeuvres. Learn how to surprise guests with new flavors on party buffet platters! The course is offered through Central Lincoln County Adult Education and will be held Tuesday, April 4 from 6-8:30 p.m.
During this course, participants will prepare spanakopita bites, Italian-wedding stuffed figs, Cape Cod chicken-salad tea sandwiches, mini spinach-and-leek quiche, Bakewell Maine biscuit tea sandwiches with ham, and red-pepper-and-artichoke crostini. The course fee is $39 and includes all food costs. Those who register online by Thursday, March 30 using promo code EARLYBIRD can save $5.
