The Newcastle Historical Society will hold its Wednesday, May 3 meeting at 7 p.m. in the community room of the Newcastle fire station, at 86 River Road, Newcastle. Members of the community are invited to hear about the Newcastle Fire Department’s 2017 projects and the programs that will be offered during the summer. Tasty refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
