The Olde Bristol Days fundraising committee is thrilled to announce the fourth annual Rock the Harbor event hosted by The Contented Sole restaurant in New Harbor on Saturday, June 9 from 5-10 p.m. This year’s entertainment will include Tickle, a popular dance band from Portland, and a local favorite, Delta Knights.
The Contented Sole restaurant, overlooking the Pemaquid River and John’s Bay, is the perfect backdrop for this event and its support has been significant to the success of this event. The restaurant’s proprietors and their crew look forward to this event each year.
Bud Light representatives will be on hand with T-shirts, surprise giveaways, and more. The event will also host a nautical-themed photo-prop corner to ensure lasting memories, along with a 50/50 raffle.
An array of food will be served dockside, including lobster rolls, grilled burgers, and oysters. All food items will be priced at just $6 each.
Tickets are on sale for $20 per person. Tickets will be $25 at the door, if not sold out. All guests will need to produce an ID for this event to be served.
The coveted Rock the Harbor pint glasses will be available once again this year for $10. With the purchase of a glass, one will receive savings on select draft beer at The Contented Sole and The Harbor Room all summer long. The glasses will be available the day of the event but can be reserved prior to the event online at oldebristoldays.org or by contacting a committee member.
All proceeds from this event will go directly to the wonderful week of entertainment for the whole family at Olde Bristol Days in August.
