Lasagna is on the menu at the upcomng free supper at St. Giles’ Episcopal Church.
St. Giles’ Episcopal Church, at 72 Gardiner Road in Jefferson, will host the second of its free 2018 wintertime suppers for Midcoast residents on Saturday, Feb. 3 at 5 p.m.
This winter in Maine is a challenge for many who would like to get out for a hot meal amid friendly company. St. Giles’ Episcopal Church’s response is to offer free suppers monthly during the season. All are invited for simple, hearty fare that is served in the parish hall. No reservations are needed. Featured in February will be lasagna, plus salad, bread, dessert, and a beverage.
All who could use a hot meal are welcome and encouraged to bring a friend.
