“Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” continues this week at The Harbor Theatre, 185 Townsend Ave., Boothbay Harbor.
Batman and Superman are on-screen together for the first time in this $200-million superhero extravaganza, the follow-up to 2013’s “Man of Steel.” This is also the first theatrical release to feature live-action portrayals of Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash, and Cyborg.
In this film, Batman (Ben Affleck) seeks to preemptively battle Superman (Henry Cavill) after the destruction caused in “Man of Steel.” Also starring Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Diane Lane as Martha Kent.
“Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” will play nightly at 7 p.m. through Saturday, April 2 and at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 3.
