The Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce will proudly host its 13th annual dinner celebration on Thursday, May 9.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. at The Montsweag Farm Restaurant in Woolwich where chamber members will host a celebratory evening slated with reputable guest speakers, Walter Briggs and Deb Pooler. There will also be awards presented to outstanding community members.
Those who attend will be encouraged to participate in the chamber’s silent auction as an effort to raise money for the Wiscasset School Scholarship Fund. This year’s auction features stunning photography by artist, Elizabeth Palmer. The proceeds of the fundraiser will go to a few selected senior students who demonstrate a desire to further their education.
