Aaron “Teddy” Willey Jr., 73, of Newcastle, passed away at his home on the evening of May 29. Born in Damariscotta on Oct. 7, 1942, he was the son of Aaron Sr. and Virginia (Shattuck) Willey.
Teddy attended local schools and worked many different jobs throughout the years. More than anything, he loved, and was so proud of, being a fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Campbell) Willey of Newcastle; step-daughter, Loretta Folds and husband Terry of Georgia; aunt, Ava Keene and husband Richard of Bremen; as well as several cousins.
A private graveside service will be held at the Sheepscot Cemetery.
