Arnold B. Chase, 69, of Sangerville and Newcastle, husband of Dyann Robinson Chase died Oct. 10 at EMMC of Bangor. He was born in Sheepscot, May 21, 1939, son of A. Frank and Winona Chase.
Arnold was a graduate of Lincoln Academy class of 1959, served in the U.S. Air Force, worked at B.I.W., and lobster fished out of Boothbay and Wiscasset until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years Dyann; sister, Joan Yeaton of Sheepscot; son and wife Frank and Ann Chase of Topsham; daughters, Holly Chase of Salem, Mass., and Heather Dickinson of Waterville; stepson, Adam R. Fairhust of W.Va.; and grandchildren, Emma and Nate, children of Frank and Ann, and Megan Dickinson, daughter of Heather.
Arnold has requested that there be no service. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
