Austin Tate Castaldi, 24, of Malden, Mass., died May 8 at his home after a 16-month battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
He will be loved and remembered always by his mother, Debra Mohr Castaldi; brother, Dylan Cartwright Castaldi; and father, Alfred Cartwright Castaldi.
Austin grew up in Andover, Mass., and Round Pond.
Austin requested that any memorial donations be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and that friends consider registering for bone marrow stem cell donation at the Be the Match Registry.
