Barbara Gage (Robinson) Conron, 79, died on Jan. 28. Born Oct. 24, 1933, the daughter of Milton Robinson and Elsie Gage Robinson. She was the niece of Dora H. Gage. She lived in North Reading, Mass. and Waldoboro. For the last five years she resided in Barefoot Bay, Fla.
She enjoyed her bridge clubs, visiting with her friends and family, cooking, traveling, shopping, knitting, and enjoying card games with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Benjamin L. Conron; daughters, Lezlie Spencer and husband John, Cindy McGurren and fiancé Chip Stott, Jane Conron, Martha Brochu, and Elizabeth Walker and husband Damon; grandchildren, Lauren Spencer, Kelly and Jeffrey McGurren, Josiah Brochu, and Jacob, Hannah and Brandon Walker; and brothers and sisters, Milton Gardner Robinson, Linda Grafton, Dorris Moore, Nicholas Robinson and Regina Gillespie.
Visiting hours 3-4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 2 followed by a service at Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian, Fla.
