A brief memorial service for Benjamin E. Kirkland, who passed away on Dec. 25, 2013 at his home in Tarboro, N.C., will be held at 11 a.m., Wed., May 21 at Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wiscasset. A gathering of family and friends will follow at The Taste of Maine Restaurant, Rt. 1, Woolwich. All who knew Benjamin are encouraged to attend.
