Bryn W. Goodman, 33, of Whitefield, died May 27 as the result of a motorcycle accident in Augusta.
He was born in Boothbay Harbor, July 9, 1982, the son of Kathy (Dighton) Goodman.
He spent many years as a tree climber and was proud and enjoyed his most recent work and accomplishments becoming a licensed arborist for Bartlett Tree Specialists. He will be remembered most for his deep love and devotion for his children, his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, and for his piercing blue eyes.
Bryn always lived life to the fullest, making every day an adventure. He loved everything about the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He left this world doing what he grew up loving, riding a motorcycle. A day never passed that he did not think of his sister Ciji, whom he now has joined in heaven.
Bryn is survived by mother, Kathy Mansfield and husband Burton of Whitefield; children, Avril, Cheyenne, and Beau Goodman; brother, Kevin Goodman of Wyoming; and sisters, Essence Grotton and husband John of Brunswick, and Brandy Ireland and husband Jeff of Sidney.
Bryn was predeceased by his sister, Ciji Pearl R. Goodman.
A celebration of life for Bryn will be held at 4 p.m., Sat., June 18 at his mother’s house, 373 Townhouse Rd., Whitefield. We are asking all of his friends and family to join us in celebrating his life and sharing stories.
