Candida M. Lewis, better known as Candi, of Boothbay Harbor, passed away April 3, 2019. She was born in West Virginia on June 15, 1973 to Thelma and Buddy Zornes.
Candi was a great friend to have and an even better family member. She was a mother to Dakota Reed and Jasmine Lewis; a wife to the love of her life, Edward Lewis; and a sister to Gene Zornes and Marty Kinder.
She had many passions; a few of them were gardening, arts and crafts, the outdoors, and car rides. She loved traveling but she was always happy to be home whether that meant Maine, where she spent many years including her last few, or West Virginia, her homeland and place of her family.
She always put family first, even if that meant she went without. She was a strong woman with an attitude. She would enjoy a bonfire, some music and a few beers as much as a fancy night out.
Rest in peace until we see you again.
A private family service was held on April 9.
