Celebration and memorial service for Charles W. Strong, Sr., who passed away Feb. 2 will be 2 p.m., Sat., Aug. 30 at St. Giles Church, Rt. 126, Jefferson. The service will be followed by a potluck dinner/social hour in the church meeting area/kitchen.
