Charlotte G. Dorr, 69, of Dresden, died Nov. 10, 2016 at her residence.
She was born in Bath on April 3, 1947 a daughter of Edwin G. Sr. and Beatrice M. (Morris) Stockford.
She attended Wiscasset schools. She owned and operated Village Barber Shop in Wiscasset for 32 years. On Feb. 14, 1987 she married Robert E. Dorr Sr.
She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Wiscasset.
She was predeceased by her parents; son, John Darrin Barnes; brothers, Edwin G. Stockford Jr., and Alvin D. Stockford; and sister, Cova Greig.
She is survived by husband, Robert E. Dorr Sr. of Dresden; daughter, April Mae Barnes of Pittston; daughter-in-law, Stacy Barnes; grandsons, Benjamin Michael Kipp, and Calvin Cooper III; granddaughters, Haley Mae Barnes, Hunter Rae Barnes, and Olivia Ellen Barnes; and great-grandson, Justin McKenney.
Visiting hours will be held 6-8 p.m., Fri., Nov. 18 at Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sat., November 19 at the First Congregational Church of Wiscasset. Burial will follow in Old Greenlawn Cemetery in Wiscasset. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the church fellowship hall.
