Christopher Paul Brown, 48, of Friendship, passed away Dec. 16 at his home where he lived with his mother.
Chris was born Oct. 2, 1958, in Rockland, a son of Chester H. and Elizabeth R. Brown.
He attended local schools and in 1986 earned his G.E.D. He had worked in the fishing industry until a serious automobile accident left him disabled.
Chris was predeceased by his father, Chester Brown; brother, Bennett Brown; and nephew, Kevin Morton.
Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth Brown of Friendship; brother, Richard Brown of Stonington; sister, Pamela McCusker of Bowdoin; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, and one great-grandnephew.
There will be no public services.
