Christopher Scott Bolduc, 42, of Old Orchard Beach, died tragically Feb 20 at his residence along with his beloved wife Carol, and loving son Joshua.
He was born in Portland, a son of Richard M. Bolduc and Sandra Pooler Miller. He attended schools in Windham and was a graduate of Lincoln Academy, class of 1984. He also attended USM.
He was the owner of Blustery Day Flags and The Race Place in Old Orchard Beach, and also was a partner at BM Foods, a food diverting business in New Hampshire.
Christopher was a prominent businessman in the Old Orchard Beach community and a respected leader in the community at large. He was very involved in the restructuring of Old Orchard Beach to make it more attractive to tourists and business people alike. He was the past president of the Ocean Fairways Association.
He was a very thoughtful, loving, caring husband, father, son, and brother.
Besides his father of Windham, he leaves his stepmother, Cheryl A. V. Bolduc of Windham; mother, Sandra Miller and stepfather, Gerald Miller, both of Nobleboro; stepson, Matthew Paul Cushing of Old Orchard Beach; brother, Jonathan Waning and wife Shannon Bolduc of Casco; stepbrother, Gerald Robert Miller of Crossett, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours 2-8 p.m., Wed., Feb. 27 at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland.
Funeral Mass 10 a.m., Thurs., Feb. 28 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, Blackpoint Rd., Scarborough. Interment will follow in the family lot at New Calvary Cemetery, So. Portland.
