Constance Louise Day, 62, of Waldoboro, died Dec. 31 at Miles Memorial Hospital, Damariscotta.
She was born May 1, 1945 in Waldoboro, a daughter of the late Clinton L. and Marjorie E. (Hilton) Jones.
She attended school in Waldoboro and earned her G.E.D. from Thomaston. For more than 20 years she worked at the Paragon Button Factory and Master’s Machine for seven years and retired as a waitress for Virginia and Doug Cunningham at Reunion Station, Damariscotta. She loved going places and doing things with her beloved granddaughter, Courtney.
Connie is survived by her son, Jeffery Day of Topsham; granddaughter, Courtney Day of Topsham; sisters, Sharon O’Brien of Waldoboro and Vicky Hyde of Pittston; and brothers, Don Day of Topsfield, Richard Day of Waldoboro, Robert Day of Thomaston and Lee Day of Victoria, Australia.
Services will be at the convenience of her family. Spring interment will be in the Hilton family lot in the Rural Cemetery, Waldoboro.
