Daniel L. “Danny” Gove, 35, of Whitefield, died unexpectedly April 15. He was born in Augusta on Sept. 2, 1972, a son of Lawrence W. Gove, Sr. and Simone M. (Blouin) Gove.
Mr. Gove was the owner/operator of L.W. Gove and Son Upholstery, where he worked for over 20 years.
Danny was an avid snowmobiler, motorcycle enthusiast and sports car lover. He enjoyed four wheeling, fishing and boating.
He was pre-deceased by his father, Lawrence W. Gove, Sr.
Mr. Gove is survived by his daughter, Alannah Lee Gove and her mother, Kristy Lee Chabot of Windsor; mother, Simone M. (Blouin) Gove of Whitefield; four brothers, Robert L. Gove, Sr. of Windsor, Lawrence W, Gove, Jr. of Pittston, Richard L. Gove of Hallowell and Leroy E. Gove of Augusta; two sisters, Theresa McKenney of Palermo and Shirley Hopkins of Augusta; several aunts and uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no public visiting hours. Graveside service 11 a.m., Mon., April 21 at Rest Haven Cemetery, Rt. 32, Windsor.
Arrangements are under the care of Plummer Funeral Home, Windsor Chapel, 983 Ridge Rd., Rt. 32, Windsor.
