A memorial service to celebrate the life of David P. Fischer, of Wiscasset, who passed away June 7, 2019, will take place on Saturday, Aug. 24 at 1 p.m. in the Wiscasset Middle High School gymnasium. During the service there will be an opportunity to share memories of him. People are invited to bring a book to swap in honor of Dave’s love of reading.
