Donna L. Walizer, 69, of Golden Living Center, Oil City, Penn., passed away Feb. 19 after an extended illness.
Born Aug. 16, 1939 in Damariscotta, she was the daughter of Charles Lane and Adelade Lane.
Mrs. Walizer graduated from Lincoln High School, and married Don Walizer on Nov. 25, 1964, who passed away on Feb. 10, 1998. She was employed at the State Heath Center in Seneca, Penn. as a secretary.
Mrs. Walizer was a member of the Polk Presbyterian Church in Polk, Penn. and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. She enjoyed bingo, making cakes, traveling and loved spending time with her grandkids.
Mrs. Walizer was predeceased by her parents; husband; and two brothers, Raymond Lane and Lee Elliott.
Mrs. Walizer is survived by four children, Mr. Darryl Walizer of Ohio, Darrin Walizer and wife Jeanette of Las Vegas, Nev., Dawn Stryffeler and husband Dave of Franklin, Penn., and Debbie Stoops and husband Michael of Slippery Rock, Penn.; two brothers, Erlyn Lane and Dennis Lane of New Harbor; and four grandchildren, Zach and Gracie Stryffeler of Franklin, Penn., and Taylor and Brielle Stoops of Slippery Rock, Penn.
Family will receive friends 2-4 p.m., Sat., Feb. 21 at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton St., Clintonville, Penn.
