E. Beryle Smith Hagar, longtime resident of Bristol, passed away on the evening of Aug. 17 with her two daughters, Cindy and Evelyn, and her very special granddaughter, Deanna, by her side.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thurs., Aug. 22 at the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home, 612 Main St., Damariscotta. A reception will follow at the VFW Hall, 50 Mill St., Waldoboro.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the DUMC Pet Pantry, PO Box 1053, Damariscotta, ME 04543 or Bristol First Responders, 104 South Side Rd., New Harbor, ME 04554.
