Eileen Aubee, 77, of Whitefield, died at her home July 6 after a long illness, surrounded by her family.
She was born in Providence, R.I., July 15, 1929, the daughter of Henry Joseph and Violet (Tennant) Gibbons.
Mrs. Aubee attended St. Denis Catholic Church in Whitefield, as well as St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Augusta. She was a graduate of Hope High School in Providence, R.I. and had been employed by Texas Instruments for more than 25 years.
Survivors include four daughters, Eileen Dinsmore and husband Raymond of Seekonk, Mass., Pauline Aubee, Jacqueline Leach and husband Jeffrey, all of Whitefield, and Lisa Falconer and husband Robert of Coventry, R.I.; six sisters, Mary Burns of Massachusetts, Pearl Hilton, Joyce Gibbons, Barbara Mulvany and Marie Armour, all of Rhode Island, and Doris Evers of Maine; a brother, Thomas Gibbons of Rhode Island; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m., Mon., July 10 at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Augusta.
