Eleanor M. Santaniello, 89, of Wiscasset, passed away May 29.
Eleanor was born March 12, 1919 in Boothbay Harbor, the daughter of the late Edwin and Mary Gray Gamage.
She attended Boothbay Harbor schools and was a graduate of Boothbay Harbor High School, Class of 1937.
She was a long-time resident of Long Beach, Cal. and moved to Jensen Beach, Fla. before moving to Wiscasset, where she had resided for the last two years.
Eleanor enjoyed her flower gardens.
Survivors include her nephew, Edwin J. Green of Vienna, Va., and niece, Sally E. Hilton of Seneca, Ore.
Graveside service 11 a.m., Tues., July 8 at Oceanview Cemetery in Boothbay. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the Tugboat Inn in Boothbay Harbor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, NE Division, 1 Main St., Suite 300, Topsham, ME 04086.
Arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Waldoboro.
