Frances A. Merry, 80, of Milford, Conn., passed away July 17 at Golden Hill Health Care Center.
Frances was born in Barry, Mass. to the late Ernest and Edna Post Merry. She lived in Bridgeport, Conn. most of her life.
Frances was a retired housekeeper. She was a lover of animals, especially her Pomeranian, PeeWee.
Frances was predeceased by her parents, and brother, Robert Merry, Sr. of Bridgeport, Conn.
She is survived by two brothers, Edward Merry and wife Barbara of Benton, and Ernest Merry of Smithfield; and sister, Alice Chapman of Benton; her life companion Frank of West Haven, Conn.; as well as many nieces and nephews in both Connecticut and Maine.
There are no visiting hours. Celebration of Frances’s life 1 p.m., Sat., Aug. 1 at the United Methodist Church, Friendship St. in Waldoboro. Pastor Peter Merry and Rev. Betty Blaisdell are officiating. Private interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Waldoboro at the convenience of the family.
