George T. Haley, 91, of Melrose, Mass., formerly of Clarks Cove, Walpole, passed away June 16. Mr. Haley was born in Clarks Cove, the son of Earle Woodbridge Haley and Velma Pitcher Haley on June 23, 1919.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Earle Haley Jr. and Henry T. Haley of California; sisters, Elizabeth Rice, Lillian Reed, Velma Gilbert and Ruth Busby; and half sister, Gwendolyn Steer.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, the former Eva Rice; sons, George, Gregory, Barry, Michael and Alan; daughters, Barbara and Gail; and sister, Harriette H. Hibbard of Portland.
Funeral service 10 a.m., Wed., June 22 at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose, Mass. with interment in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park.
