Jaelyn Mahreigh Malcolm, 9 months, of Bath, died June 21 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
She was born in Brunswick on Sept. 26, 2012, the daughter of Danielle R. Malcolm and Nathan A. Green.
She is survived by her mother, Danielle R. Malcolm of Bath; father, Nathan A. Green of Bath; brother, Colton J. Malcolm of Bath; maternal grandparents, June M. Malcolm of Topsham and Mitchel A. Malcolm of Woolwich; paternal grandparents, Tony and Lynn Green of Bath; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Smith of Bath; paternal great-grandparents, Clifford and Janet Hooper of Wiscasset and Angie Green of Florida; paternal great-great-grandmother, Betsy Flood of Machias; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wed., June 26 at Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m., Thurs., June 27 at Daigle Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Grover Cemetery in Woolwich.
