Jennifer England (Hendry) Voltz, 30, of Derwood, Md., died tragically on Sept. 23, 2019 from an accidental overdose.
Born Sept. 18, 1989, she was the beloved daughter of William W. and Terri Hendry, wife of Alexander W. Voltz, mother to Harper and sister to William “Bucky” Hendry (Tanya). She is also survived by a loving mother-in-law, aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and family in Lincoln County.
Jennifer attended Christ Episcopal School, Grace Episcopal Day School, Holy Redeemer, Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, and graduated from the Oliverian School in 2008. She adored motherhood and lovingly devoted herself to the caring and nurturing of her daughter Harper Maree.
Jennifer had a kind and compassionate soul and often reached out to people in need. She believed strongly in second chances. As an organ donor, she donated her life-saving organs to give someone else a second chance at life.
Relatives and friends may visit on Friday, Oct. 4 from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, Md., where a funeral service will be held from 5 to 6 p.m.
