John A. Bowers, 54, of Nobleboro, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of June 6. Time of visitation 4-6 p.m., Fri., June 10 at the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home, 612 Main St., Damariscotta. Funeral 10 a.m., Sat., June 11 at St. Patrick’s Church in Newcastle. He will be laid to rest privately in the Hillside Cemetery in Damariscotta.
