Katherine Jane Harrington, 31, of Boothbay, died unexpectedly at her home on Sept. 24.
She was born April 14, 1984, to Linda Giles and Donald Harrington. She graduated from Boothbay Region High School in 2002.
Katie worked for the last 10 years taking care of her grandmother and her three children.
Katie was predeceased by her grandparents, Donald and Jean Harrington.
She is survived by her parents and stepmother, Kim Harrington; children, Gabriel William Hackett, Alexandra Jane Hackett, and Aryana Theresa Gray; her companion, Richard Gray; her grandparents, George and Mary Jane Giles; sisters, Amy Harrington and Ashley Frazer; brother, Joe Frazer; aunts and uncles, Lori Giles, Donna and Willard Craig, Eric and Darcy Harrington, and Julie and Bill Crider; and many cousins and extended family members.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sat., Oct. 3 at the Baptist Church in Boothbay. Please join the family for a celebration of Katie’s life at a reception following the service.
