Kathryn Ann "Kathi" Geroux Sheldon, 51, died April 14 at her home. She was born in Boston, Mass., on Feb. 17, 1955, the daughter of Ruth E. and Herbert Geroux. She attended Morse High School in Bath. She then pursued a career in restaurants, which kept her traveling, mostly along the eastern seaboard. From an early age, she exhibited a tremendous natural ability in the arts. She mastered a number of different crafts from which she derived pleasure. She is survived by son, Jacob S. Snyder of Oklahoma; daughter, Laurie A. Sheldon of Bangor; grandson, Wesley S. Nieves of Poland; father, Herbert Geroux of Woolwich; mother and stepfather, Ruth and Robert Klein of Albuquerque, N.M.; grandmother, Catherine Walker of Christmas Cove; three sisters, Jaye Dorr of Bath, Suzanne Geroux of Damariscotta, and Julie Geroux and companion Wayne Gray of Phippsburg; two brothers, Herbert Geroux and wife Terri of Newcastle, and John Geroux and companion Cindy McIntosh of Bath; and a niece and nephew. Time of remembrance for family and friends Sun., June 25 at a seaside location. Details will be announced at a later time.
