Kevin A. Wilson, 44, of Wiscasset, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 20 in Augusta.
Kevin was born Nov. 6, 1961 in Augusta, son of Merlene Witham and Charles Wilson, Sr.
Kevin enjoyed many aspects of life. He was a gifted musician and known for his talent and passion for music. He was self-employed for much of his life as a carpenter and took a great deal of pride in every project he did. Kevin was always known for being the life of the party and for his incredible sense of humor.
He was a hard worker but always took time to enjoy the simpler things in life, whether he was out riding his motorcycle with his best friend, Joe, or spending the day on the lake fishing with his kids. Kevin especially loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving father and a friend to all.
Kevin is survived by his beloved children: daughters, Donielle Wilson of Wiscasset, and Victoria Wilson of Waldoboro; son, Daroyl Wilson of Jefferson; mother and stepfather, Merlene and Conrad Fyfe of Pittston; father and stepmother, Charles and Betty Wilson of Windsor; brothers, Charles Rideout, Scott Brann, Reginald Brann, Conrad Fyfe, Sr., Ervin Fyfe, Chad Fyfe, Jared Fyfe and Fred Wilson; sisters, Cynthia Leighton, Tammy Costigan, Tiffany Cunningham, Tammy Kincaid and Serena Trask; grandmother, Hazel Mason; best friends, Joe and Valerie Russell, Mary Guptill and Bill Lowden, and Guy and Mary Merdock; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside service 1 p.m., Wed., Oct. 25 at Rest Haven Cemetery, Windsor.
