Leah Olivia Tallberg, born on Jan. 11 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, passed away in the arms of her loving parents on Jan. 13.
In her all too brief life, she touched the hearts of everyone she met; as well as those of many she never had the chance to.
Leah was predeceased by her brother, Cameron.
She is survived by her parents, Kirk Tallberg and Amanda Meadows; brother, Bryce Meadows; sister, Madison Hanna; paternal grandparents, Robert Tallberg and Lynne Tallberg; maternal grandparents, Cliff Meadows Jr. and Deborah Meadows; paternal great-grandmother, Caroline Tallberg; maternal great-grandmother, Marjorie Oliver; uncle, Derak Tallberg; cousins, Madison and Ronan Tallberg; as well as several great-aunts, uncles and second cousins.
