Leona M. Parrish, 75, of Dresden, died Jan. 3 at the home of her son, Bobby Price.
She was born in Iowa on Jan. 1, 1933, a daughter of Velma and Raymond Roden and was a lifetime resident of Wyoming.
On June 9, 1978, she married Leland “Bud” Parish in Shoshoni, Wyo. They later made their home in Riverton, Wyo.
An avid reader, Leona also enjoyed crocheting, doing puzzles and spoiling pets.
She was predeceased by her husband, Bud Parrish in 2000, and son, David Price in 2006.
She is survived by one son, Bobby R. Price and wife Michelle of Dresden; stepson, Richard Parrish and wife Doretta of Idaho; stepdaughter, Frances Parrish of Arizona; brother, Joe Roden of Riverton, Wyo.; grandchildren, Torrey Price, Melanie Price and Mykle Price; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held in the spring at Mountain View Cemetery, Riverton, Wyo. Davis Funeral Home will let the arrangements be known in the spring.
