Lilla A. Crain, 87, died Nov. 14 at Country Manor Nursing Home in Coopers Mills. She was born July 29, 1928 on Vinalhaven, daughter of John and Ruth Clark Johnson. She was a graduate of Waldoboro High School. She was married to John F. Crain.
She worked at GTE Sylvania and also at the Waldoboro button factory.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Ruth Clark Johnson; and husband, John F. Crain of Waldoboro.
She is survived by son, Ronald Miller Sr. and wife Kathy of Waldoboro; grandchildren, Heather Emerson of Waldoboro, Darcey Rice of Littleton, Mass., and Ronald Miller Jr. of Waldoboro; and eight great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service was held at the Shuman Cemetery in Waldoboro.
