Loretta (Clarke) Seigars, 64, of Wiscasset, passed away on Sept. 20 in Freeport.
She was born in Machias on Dec. 21, 1942, the daughter of Leonard E. and Marian Smith Clarke. She attended Machias schools.
She lived in Westbrook for many years and more recently in Wiscasset. She was a member of the Wiscasset Church of Nazarene.
Loretta will be remembered for her great faith and courage in the face of the many adversities in her life.
She was predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Clarke Flaherty and husband John of Westbrook; nephew, Edward Flaherty and wife Lynn; grandnephew, Cameron of Medford, Mass.; aunt, Harriett Clarke of Bangor; and several cousins.
There will be no visiting hours.
A private graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Jones Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home in Portland.
