Lucille F. Olsen, 84, of Bremen, passed away Aug. 16 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta.
Born in Bremen, July 15, 1926, where she was a lifetime resident, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Edna Havener Genthner.
Lucille loved flowers and enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens. She loved the time she spent with her family.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Kenneth Olsen; and brothers, Lewis, Clyde, Elmer Jr. and Donald Genthner.
Survivors include daughter, Beverly Tyler and husband Glidden of Bremen; sister, Myrna Genthner of Bremen; grandchildren, Darrell Olsen and wife Mazelle of Warren, Wayne Tyler and wife Gisele of Rockland, Duane Tyler and wife Amy of Sprucehead, and Lorena Tyler and companion David Sproul of Warren; great-grandchildren, Karlyne and Kelvyn Olsen, Katlin, Ashlea, Ivory, Paige and Emily Tyler, Ian Low and BreAnna Dubay; step-daughters, Roberta Sedwick and husband Thaxter of Union, and Irene Thibodeau and husband Theron of Friendship; stepsons, Frank Olsen and wife Joyce of Union, Linwood Olsen and wife Brenda of Friendship and their families; and several nieces and nephews.
At Lucille’s request, there will be no services.
Arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 949 Main St., Waldoboro.
