Lynne Marie Allen, 66, of Wiscasset, passed away March 18 surrounded by her family and beloved husband, Frank, by her side.
Lynne was born Jan. 16, 1950 in Camden to George and Lucille (Jameson) Weeks. She married Frank G. Allen 42 years ago, started their family, and settled in Wiscasset. Lynne enjoyed the many years she spent driving for Midcoast Limo service, she also loved going to the casino with her husband and family.
Lynne loved her family and life, she will be greatly missed.
She was predeceased by her parents; sister, Elaine Pellitier; daughter, Cheryl Goodwin; and grandson, Jamie Allen.
Lynne is survived by her husband Frank; children, Melinda S. Allen, Karena M. Field, Samantha L. Allen, Ivy Younkman, and Mike Kopka; siblings, Glenn Weeks of Arizona, Jeffrey Weeks of Warren, Terry Weeks of Rockland, and Ellie Gendron of Florida; brother-in-law, Paul Pellitier of Hudson, N.H.; 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Sat., April 2 at the American Legion, 200 Congress St., Bath.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to CHANS hospice.
